Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has been working over the past several years to institutionalize best practices in health communications across the Council. The ICMR Health Communications Course is a step further in this direction and aims to build the indigenous expertise of scientists and public health professionals in the area of health communications; and integrate it as a core competency in their learning and professional training.

The course has been developed in partnership with Centre for Development Management and Communication (CDMC)-MICA and Global Health Strategies.
